Behavioral Aide

Behavior Technician Pay: $25 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday (school or afterschool hours depending on placement) Locations: Multiple sites across California About the Role We are hiring dedicated Behavior Technicians to support students with behavioral, social, and academic needs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and want hands-on experience in behavior support or education. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral support Implement behavior strategies under supervisor guidance Support students during classroom or afterschool activities Assist with social-emotional skill building Collect simple data on student progress Maintain a safe, positive environment Qualifications Experience working with children preferred Interest in behavior support, ABA, psychology, or education Reliable, patient, and compassionate Strong communication and teamwork skills RBT certification is a plus but not required Why Join Us Supportive team and training opportunities Consistent schedule Opportunities for growth in education or ABA Competitive hourly pay of $18–$25 based on experience and location The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
