You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of licensed therapists, case managers, and psychiatrists who share a commitment to providing comprehensive mental health care. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health conditions to create tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs. Provide evidence-based therapy services, including individual, group, and family sessions, utilizing therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. Develop collaborative relationships with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care for our clients, facilitating communication and coordination of services. Offer crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, employing your expertise and compassion to de-escalate potentially harmful situations. Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues and offer educational resources that promote psychological well-being. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client population is diverse, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions such as PTSD and bipolar disorder. This role allows you to enhance your clinical skills and cultural competence while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those you serve. Qualifications Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A completed master's degree or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with clients. Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation and client records efficiently within our electronic health record system. Preferred Experience Experience providing telehealth services is preferred but not required. Prior experience working with community mental health organizations or in settings focused on providing accessible care to underserved populations. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapies relevant to current mental health trends. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
