Mental Health Therapist

Join us as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally sensitive outpatient therapy to diverse clients. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting strength-based assessments and creating welcoming environments for clients and families. Providing tailored individual and family therapy to support healing and resilience. Developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to promote stable functioning. Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care. Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately and timely. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for holistic mental health care. Qualifications Include Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. Current or eligible professional license in Washington State. Passion for mental health, ongoing professional development, and ethical practice. Strong communication skills, rapport-building abilities, and effective time management.
