Evening Back of House Team Member

We are looking for a reliable and team-oriented individual to join our evening Back of House team. In this role, you will help keep kitchen and support operations running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation tasks, and supporting the overall flow of the evening shift. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in helping deliver a positive guest experience behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Support evening kitchen and back-of-house operations by completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
• Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient organization as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout the shift
• Wash dishes, utensils, equipment, and other kitchen items according to safety and cleanliness standards
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
• Restock supplies and help ensure workstations are prepared for ongoing service
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support shift needs
• Assist with closing duties and general cleanup at the end of the shift

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or similar environment is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work evenings and maintain reliable attendance
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety practices
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
