Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities that directly contribute to the well-being of our clients. Key tasks include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients may experience anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological concerns. Understanding and adapting to the unique needs of each individual will be crucial in establishing rapport and delivering effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and familiarity with Google Suite tools.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and colleagues effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience is required, we highly value candidates who have experience in crises intervention, group therapy facilitation, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Previous work in a digital health or teletherapy setting is a plus.
