I'm partnering with two outstanding General Contractors looking for exceptional finance leaders to take the reins, build high-performing teams, and help drive the next phase of their growth.
These aren't just accounting roles. These are opportunities to influence strategy, partner with executive leadership, strengthen financial operations, and make a lasting impact on the business.
One role is based in NYC and the other is in the NYC Area, both are 5 days in the office.
OPPORTUNITY #1 | General Contractor | Under $100M in Revenue an opportunity for a strong financial leader to oversee and elevate the finance and accounting functions while helping position the business for continued success.
OPPORTUNITY #2 | General Contractor/Construction Mgmt. Firm | currently under $200M in Revenue. This company has BIG ambitions and a clear growth trajectory — with plans to 2-3x over the next 3–5 years! They're looking for a finance leader who can help scale the business, build the right infrastructure, and support that next level of growth. Please note for this opportunity ownership is looking for candidates out of $300million + firms.
As always, these are permanent, full time, fully benefited salaried positions (these are NOT temp, or temp to perm).
Compensation is based on experience:
OPPORTUNITY #1 is between $200k - 250k base + bonus
OPPORTUNITY #2 is between $300- 400k base + bonus
WHO SHOULD BE INTERESTED?
I'm looking to connect with:
Current CFOs, SVPs of Finance, and VPs of Finance coming from a General Contractor, subcontractor, or construction management firm.
Open to leaders from architecture, engineering, and related AEC firms who bring the right mix of financial leadership, operational understanding, and strategic vision.
Finance leaders with a STRONG controllership foundation and experience leading accounting and finance teams.
CPAs are highly preferred
Exceptional communications skills are required. A great dynamic personality and the ability to work along your fellow colleagues is crucial. xhyhwjd He or she must be able to effectively collaborate with individuals both inside and outside the company.
