About the Role As GTM Recruiter, you'll partner directly with founders and hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent across our Go-to-Market teams. Growth hiring will be a core focus, including roles across Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. What You'll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from sourcing to close Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality GTM and Growth candidates Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards Craft great candidate experiences, from first touch to offer Iterate quickly on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels Contribute to scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale Help build our employer brand across LinkedIn, events, and referrals What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on GTM and Growth roles Strong sourcing skills and creative approach to finding top talent Experience recruiting for roles like Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight Strong business acumen and understanding of how GTM teams scale Great communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams Organized, fast-moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage Why join us?
