About This Role The Staff Nurse (RN or GN) is responsible for promoting health, preventing illness, and providing patient-centered care in the Emergency Department. This per diem position is ideal for those seeking flexible work hours while delivering compassionate care. Requirements Education Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing preferred Experience Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting preferred Licenses & Certifications Current NYS RN License or Valid NYS Limited Permit to practice as a GN required Professional certification in a related nursing specialty preferred Relevant skills certification (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) as required by home unit assigned preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
