Operations Manager

Competitive Benefits Package | Paid Time Off | Paid Holidays Reliance One, Inc. is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead plant operations and drive performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and employee engagement. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building strong teams, improving processes, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery goals Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Lean Manufacturing, waste reduction, efficiency, and cost control Oversee production scheduling, labor planning, materials flow, and operational execution Develop and mentor supervisors and operations leaders while strengthening accountability and culture Manage operational budgets and support long-range planning initiatives Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Lead employee training, onboarding, performance development, and workforce planning Promote 5S, plant organization, and a high-performance work environment Partner cross-functionally with quality, supply chain, engineering, and leadership teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred 5+ years of operations leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred Proven success leading teams and driving results through others Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, process improvement, and production systems Experience with scheduling, materials management, freight/distribution, and workforce planning Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Union environment experience is a plus Why Consider This Role?
