Position Purpose:

In this dynamic and demanding nursing role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to our patients. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide both direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients, employing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). You will also oversee and guide other team members, working alongside a diverse group to ensure care is appropriate for various age groups and developmental stages, in line with unit standards.

Your role will support the mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives of our organization.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Current nursing license in the state of Texas
• Basic Life Support Certification
• Additional certifications as required by the department

Experience and Skills:

• Familiarity with hospital policies, procedures, and nursing care standards, applying them in practice
• Minimum of 12 months of RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program
• Ability to handle confidential information
