The fry cook will be responsible for preparing fried foods in a casual dining kitchen environment, ensuring quality and safety while maintaining cleanliness and operating kitchen equipment efficiently. This role requires focus during peak holiday rush hours and involves working under the supervision of a team lead.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fried food items according to restaurant standards
- Maintain quality control and food safety throughout food preparation
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to cleaning procedures
- Operate frying equipment safely and effectively
- Work efficiently during peak holiday rush hours
