Reports to the Corporate Controller driving month end close and operations. 100% remote. location: San Jose, California job type: Permanent salary: $100,000 - 120,000 per year work hours: 9 to 6 education: Bachelor's degree experience: 5 Years responsibilities: Responsibilities:Assist with driving the monthly closing for three entities and reconcile assigned accountsPrepare monthly actual vs budget by class reportingAssist with the monthly consolidation process: publish the monthly foreign currency exchange rate and translate the financials of international subsidiaries from local currency to USD currencyUpdated monthly proforma financials , assist with quarterly investor reportingAssist with the preparation of annual budgets and develop updated forecasts based on ongoing business performanceAssist with the preparation of annual sales and used tax returns and local city and state filing returnsAssist with external audit and footnotes schedule preparationSupport management in completing special projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests, and other tasks as assigned qualifications: RequirementBachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceHands- on working knowledge of US GAAP reportingEfficient and accurate and adaptable to changing priorities as they arise.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills skills: Month-End Close For certain assignments, Covid-19 vaccination and/or testing may be required by Randstad's client or applicable federal mandate, subject to approved medical or religious accommodations.
