Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health concerns, identifying key issues and formulating clinical diagnoses to inform treatment planning.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to efficiently meet the unique needs and goals of your clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention and emergency support to clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate care and connecting them to further resources, when needed.

• Accurately maintain client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with ethical and legal standards to safeguard client confidentiality.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, ensuring integrated and holistic care for all clients.

• Provide education to clients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and local support resources, acting as a strong advocate for their rights and needs.

• Commit to ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and staying updated on best practices in mental health therapy to continually enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.
