Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid licensure or certification as a Social Worker, Psychologist, or Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant (LDTC)
• Background in case management within K-12 schools preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and special education regulations
• Experience supporting students with learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, or emotional needs
• Ability to communicate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage caseloads for students requiring academic, behavioral, or emotional support
• Lead or participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations for tailored educational interventions
• Conduct student assessments and interpret results for program planning
• Maintain thorough records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Serve as a liaison between families, staff, and service providers to coordinate resources and services
• Offer on-site consultation, recommendations, and crisis intervention as needed
