Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Illinois
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs and school-based therapy services
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy assessments and interventions to middle and high school students
• Develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Work collaboratively with educational teams to plan and implement therapy services
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Advise school staff and families regarding adaptive strategies and equipment
• Ensure all therapy services align with school policies and state regulations
