What you'll be doing Responsible for coordinating daily service operations and supporting field technicians to ensure efficient, customer-focused service delivery. Reports to the General Manager and oversees administrative processes related to service scheduling, dispatch, work order management, and customer communication. Collaborates with service technicians, customers, and management to coordinate appointments, prioritize service requests, and resolve issues promptly. Maintains accurate service records, processes documentation, and supports office operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Implements and follows administrative processes that improve workflow efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the overall success of the service department while delivering exceptional customer service. What we're looking for Experienced in office administration and supporting daily business operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
