The Bilingual Safety Specialist plays a crucial role in promoting and maintaining workplace safety across diverse industries such as manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and logistics. Working within a small safety team, this role requires frequent travel to various sites to conduct safety assessments, provide training, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards using a custom in-house safety management system. Strong bilingual communication skills are essential to effectively liaise between teams and regulatory bodies.

** Responsibilities **

• Conduct safety training sessions for employees across various industries
• Perform hazard assessments and identify potential workplace risks
• Report and investigate workplace incidents thoroughly and accurately
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Communicate safety information bilingually to diverse teams and stakeholders
• Carry out safety audits and inspections on-site
• Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies to ensure up-to-date compliance

** Preferred Qualifications **

• Entry-level experience in safety management roles
• OSHA 30 certification and knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Proficiency in safety auditing and risk assessment techniques
• Experience with incident investigation and report writing
• Strong bilingual communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail in all safety-related activities
