Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to support patients in acute distress effectively.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with state guidelines and Immersed Clinical Centre policies.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with essential skills and strategies to manage mental health challenges.

• Engage in regular outcome assessments to monitor treatment efficacy and adjust therapeutic interventions as necessary.
