Journeyman Electrician | Temp-to-Hire | Industrial Projects I am currently recruiting for Journeyman Electricians to support large-scale industrial construction projects. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site during the temporary period, with the ability to relocate full-time if the role converts into a permanent offer. The role You will be working as part of a self-perform electrical team, supporting installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and construction activity across industrial project work. Key responsibilities Install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems Work across industrial power, controls, lighting and distribution systems Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and blueprints Install conduit, cable tray, wiring, panels and associated electrical equipment Support work on 480V systems, motors, controls and industrial equipment Follow NEC, site safety standards and project requirements Coordinate with supervisors, construction managers and other trades Support testing, commissioning and issue resolution where required Maintain high standards of quality, safety and workmanship What we are looking for Journeyman Electrician licence or equivalent field experience Experience in industrial, manufacturing, EPC, heavy commercial or construction environments Strong understanding of NEC and electrical safety standards Ability to read drawings, schematics and technical documentation Experience with conduit, cable tray, panels, motors, controls and 480V systems Comfortable working on active construction sites Strong reliability, communication and work ethic Open to temp-to-hire and long-term permanent opportunities This is a strong opportunity for experienced electricians looking for a long-term role after a successful temporary engagement. #J-18808-Ljbffr Novax Recruitment Group
