Requirements

Job Duties

• Recruit and qualify candidates for open positions
• Conduct frequent phone outreach to prospective candidates
• Discuss job requirements, qualifications, and opportunities with applicants
• Build relationships with candidates and employees
• Communicate regularly with account managers and clients
• Match qualified candidates with appropriate job openings
• Manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines
• Maintain accurate and organized recruiting information
• Follow established recruiting and placement processes
• Provide candidates with timely updates throughout the hiring process
• Take ownership of assigned positions and work toward established placement goals
• Support the department with additional responsibilities as experience grows

What You Will Do


As a Recruiter you will perform responsibilities that support the daily operations of your assigned employer while following established procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements. Duties may include operating equipment, working with customers, handling materials, preparing documentation, supporting administrative activities, using technology, collaborating with team members, or completing other responsibilities appropriate to the position.
