Recruiter

Scott, LA | $22.00-$24.00/hr. DOE + Quarterly Bonuses | Full-Time

We're looking for an energetic and outgoing Recruiter to join our team in Scott, LA! You'll interview applicants, build relationships, and match candidates with career opportunities. We're looking for a positive, dependable, team-oriented person.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and interview applicants
  • Schedule candidates for assessments
  • Match qualified candidates with positions that fit their skills and experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants throughout the hiring process
  • Support ongoing hiring efforts for offshore and land-based operations
  • Provide excellent customer service to applicants and hiring managers
Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or HR experience is a plus
Schedule

  • Monday-Friday; 40-hour work week
Pay
  • $22.00-$24.00/hour , depending on experience
  • Quarterly recruitment bonuses averaging $800-$2,000
