We're looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be a key member of a high-performing legal team.

What You'll Own

You'll be involved in the litigation process from inception through trial, partnering closely with attorneys on a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and discovery responses
• Managing case files and litigation calendars
• Filing documents with state and federal courts
• Coordinating depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial schedules
• Organizing document productions and exhibits
• Preparing trial binders and supporting attorneys during trial preparation
• Communicating with clients, experts, courts, and opposing counsel
• Tracking deadlines and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong understanding of New York civil litigation procedures
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to juggle multiple cases and competing deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
