This position is fundamentally remote, enabling counselors to create a comfortable working environment tailored to their needs while serving clients through our outpatient office framework. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans focused on clients’ specific needs and goals.

• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Monitor clients’ progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary, fostering an environment of open communication and trust.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and client trust.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
