Sr Lead Software Engineer, Customer Trust Platform

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, along with 5+ years of applied software development experience.
• We need 10+ years of experience designing, building, debugging, and supporting applications in a large corporate setting.
• We expect hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational reliability.
• We require practical experience building AI agents and using AI-enabled tools, including retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and LLM APIs.
• We need deep expertise in one or more technical areas, such as cloud or AI/ML, with a strong grasp of modern engineering practices.
• We require strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• We need experience designing and building REST APIs.
• We require strong AWS experience, including ECS and Lambda.
• We need solid knowledge of AWS networking and core services, including ALB, NLB, GWLB, VPC, subnets, security groups, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Preferred: experience with NoSQL and relational databases such as Cassandra, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Preferred: working knowledge of Agile delivery methods and CI/CD practices.
• Preferred: experience designing resilient, secure internet-facing APIs using OAuth 2.0/OIDC, JWT, TLS/mTLS, and rate limiting.
• Preferred: familiarity with middleware technologies.
• Preferred: experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform.
• Preferred: experience with observability tools, including logging, metrics, and tracing.
• Preferred: cloud certification.
