This is a full-time remote position, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while providing care from the comfort of your own home. While you will primarily work from home, you will also have access to our outpatient office facilities for occasional in-person sessions and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and relationship dynamics.

• Gather and obtain detailed patient histories to inform the development of effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans to track client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of issues, from relationship conflicts and communication barriers to mental health challenges. We emphasize psychoeducation and empower clients to foster healthy relationships and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Hold an active Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) license in New Jersey.

• Certification or experience in specific treatment modalities (e.g., structural family therapy, strategic therapy, narrative therapy, etc.) is essential.

• A minimum of one year of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.
