Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, individualized intake assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage with individuals, couples, families, and groups, providing tailored therapeutic solutions that promote mental health and emotional well-being.

• Document clinical interactions and progress notes accurately, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and supervision, to remain current with the latest research and methods in mental health treatment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• Minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical standards and legal requirements related to counseling practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus for newly hired counselors.
