Customer Experience Representative

To support a dynamic customer experience team, the full-time Associate Customer Experience Representative will manage customer inquiries related to auctions, vaulting, shipments, and payments while working remotely during evenings and weekends. Key responsibilities Handle customer interactions via email and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses during high-traffic periods Maintain smooth operations during Thursday auction closes, prioritizing urgent inquiries related to bids and payments Document customer feedback and insights to improve product offerings and enhance the overall user experience Required qualifications 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a marketplace, fintech, e-commerce, or collectibles environment Strong knowledge of collectibles, including grading, population reports, and market trends Familiarity with the Alt platform, including experience with bidding, listing, and vaulting cards Proficient in writing clear and warm communication, particularly in challenging situations Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively during busy periods
