RECEPTIONIST

Location 15001 West 159th Street,Lockport, IL, 60491,United States Base Pay $16.00 - $18.00 / Hour Serves as the interface between the company and its customers as well as the management and employees. Responsible for providing a high level of professionalism and courtesy that leaves a good impression and builds upon a solid reputation. Additionally assisting with numerous administrative support with the daily operations of the company. Duties and responsibilities Answering and routing phone calls. Opening and Closing the Office. Setting up appointments for consultants. Checking in visitors. Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching mail. Managing office inventory. Keeping supplies stocked in Kitchens, Bathrooms, etc. Plan and schedule monthly company lunch. Data entry and filing. Filing and pulling invoices for AP department. Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area. Contact JULIE for site inspections. Update company contact list. Communicate and coordinate with other departments as necessary. Requirements Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills. Organized and resourceful. Adept at prioritizing, scheduling, and multitasking. Computer proficiency. High School Diploma or equivalent Previous office experience preferred. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required.
