Duties:

- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of legal research methods and resources
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents
- Familiarity with litigation procedures and court rules
- Proficient in using legal software and databases
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and other parties involved in the case
- Clerical skills to handle administrative tasks related to case management
- Project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
