Residential Care Associate I - 5698 Full Time | Portland, OR, US | Salary Range: $21.42 - $22.07 hourly We are looking for a Residential Care Associate I to join our team at the Columbia Rose Residential Treatment Facility in Portland, Oregon. The role involves providing caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients, including personal care, meal preparation, medication handling under RN guidance, transportation, and documentation in compliance with productivity standards. Work Schedule Tuesday to Saturday, 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm (Full Time, Swing) What You’ll Make $21.42 – $22.07 per hour, DOE/Credentials. 5% language differential offered for bilingual or multilingual candidates. About the Program Columbia Rose is a co‑ed, 9‑bed residential treatment facility serving adults living with mental illness. All residents have private bedrooms, private deck, and partial private bath. What You’ll Need Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) preferred. Dedication to the wellbeing of each resident and helping them complete activities of daily living (ADLs) and independent activities of daily living (IADLs). Valid driver's license; ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire; safe driving record; DHS criminal background check clearance. Physical Demands This position requires the ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, reach, stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. Occasional use of ladders, kneeling/squatting, and other physical tasks may be required. You must also complete crisis de‑escalation, CPR, and other hands‑on training as required.
