Work Environment\n

This role primarily operates within a climate-controlled, remote office environment. You will engage regularly with fellow department members and healthcare providers, sharing insights and collaborating on treatment strategies. Daily tasks may require intermittent movement to engage with clinical tools and technology, enabling a seamless integration of client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of patients, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to create individualized care plans tailored to the unique demographics and needs of our diverse patient population.

• Implement and monitor treatment interventions and strategies that effectively support mental health diagnosis and outcomes, continually assessing patient progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and utilizing state-of-the-art technology to streamline processes.

• Develop collaborative treatment plans with patients and families, anticipating and addressing needs for safety and symptom reduction.

• Act as a liaison among patients, families, and treatment providers, coordinating referrals and ensuring effective communication across all parties.

• Provide mentorship and training to students, interns, and other team members, offering guidance and support to enhance team performance and clinical skill development.

This role specifically focuses on providing outpatient therapy services to individuals and families impacted by cancer diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
