Operations Engineer Senior Staff (Level 5)

Description: The OneLM Transformation (1LMX) effort is an internal transformation project that will change the way LM is doing business across all business areas. This includes system modernization, consolidation of Business Area processes & practices and cutting-edge IT and engineering implementation.

Your Impact:
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking an Operations Organizational Change Management (OCM) Coordinator who will work closely with the Aero Digital Transformation Office (DTO) OCM team, Aero cross-functional teams, IT professionals, and Enterprise Operations to ensure successful execution of all OCM activities required for rollout of the 1LMX Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Acceleration, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and R4 SAP S/4 across LM Aero. This role ensures Aero-wide distribution of informative communications, robust training packages, and ensure endusers receive timely and highquality training at all Aero sites, and that adoption metrics are captured and reported.

What You Will Be Doing:
1. Training Planning: Develop, align, and track training plans to project milestones for MES, PLM, and SAP S/4. Identify target audiences (operators, engineers, supervisors, functional organizations, and IT staff) and define rolespecific learning paths.

2. Curriculum Development & Maintenance: Partner with subjectmatter experts (SMEs) to create, review, and update course content, elearning modules, job aids, and quickreference guides. Ensure all materials comply with LockheedMartin security and quality standards.

3. Delivery Coordination: Coordinate arrangement of classrooms, virtual, and onthejob training sessions including logistics (rooms, AV equipment, virtual platforms). Track trainer availability, certify internal trainers, and coordinate external vendor instructors when required.

4. Execution & Support: Provide realtime support during golive periods for trainingrelated queries.

5. Measurement & Reporting: Capture attendance, assessment results, and competency validation data. Generate weekly/monthly training status reports for the program governance board, highlighting adoption rates, knowledge gaps, and corrective actions.

6. Continuous Improvement: Analyze posttraining feedback; recommend enhancements to curriculum and delivery methods. Maintain a lessonslearned repository for future digital transformation initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering or related technical field
Proven experience coordinating large scale technical training programs in manufacturing, ERP, or PLM environments.
Comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams and shifting priorities in a fastpaced program environment.
Demonstrated ability working at all levels of the organization, driving positive change, and communicating across multi-functional stakeholders
Excellent written and oral communication; able to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
Desired Skills:
Adult Learning Principles Knowledge of instructional design, blended learning strategies, and competencybased assessments.
Prosci Certified Change Manager or equivalent organizational change management experience
Experience with WalkMe
Analytical Ability Skilled at interpreting training metrics and translating them into actionable insights.
Stakeholder Management Proven track record of building rapport with senior engineers, line managers, and IT leadership.
ProblemSolving Ability to troubleshoot logistical issues and provide onthespot solutions during rollouts.
SubjectMatter Insight Familiarity with MES, PLM, and SAP S/4 concepts; ability to ask the right questions of SMEs.
Continuous Learning Mindset Keeps current with emerging training technologies (AR/VR, microlearning, mobile learning).

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
