From monitoring the latest trends to developing compelling PowerPoint slides, your curiosity and passion for storytelling will be key to enhancing our internal and external marketing solutions.

Support the Marketing team by creating high-impact creative assets, including presentation layouts, print collateral, digital content, and in-person displays that elevate fragrance storytelling through immersive, sensory-driven experiences.

Design visually compelling marketing materials that align with brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative thinking, trend insights, and a refined aesthetic to client presentations and internal requests.

Coordinate creative content production including video, storyboards, display setup, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Stay updated on the latest trends in social media to inspire internal creative teams and support marketing presentations.

Qualifications:

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation design, with the ability to support on-site photo/video shoots, printing coordination, label and booklet development, presentation layouts, and immersive display installations.
• MS Office Proficient.
• High level of design expertise in Powerpoint is a must from template development to formatting design.
• Graphic design sensibilities and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite experience (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects or other graphic design/video editing tools).
• Photography and Videography experience a plus.
• Proficient working on creative content for various formats (Digital/PowerPoint, Packaging, Video Production, Displays, Print, etc.)
• Creative self-starter with a high attention to detail and excellent interpersonal, organization, time management and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Bachelors degree in marketing, fine arts/design with 3+ years of relevant experience in creative agency, brand or in-house creative department
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, high ability to deliver creative ideas, trends with attention to aesthetic design.
