Part Time Guest Service Team Member

Snohomish Pie Co in Mountlake Terrace is looking for Guest Service Team Members to join our strong 14-person team! We are seeking dependable, hard-working individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Our ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, punctual, and works well with a team.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting wage: $17.13/hour + tips
• Tips average $5–$7/hour
• Estimated total earnings: $22–$24/hour
• Approximately 16-20 hours per week
• 2-3 days per week
• 90-Day Evaluation
• Earliest shift start: 8:00 AM
• Latest shift end: 7:00 PM
• MUST have weekend availability.
• Flexible availability required, including weekdays and weekends

We are looking for applicants interested in leadership opportunities and growth within the company. A 90-day evaluation period will be completed for all new hires, with opportunities to take on lead roles in the future.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older (preferred)
• Customer service experience preferred
• Current food handler permit required
• Open and flexible availability
• Friendly and positive demeanor
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to complete work in a timely manner
