Tell us about how your natural ability to engage with others reassures and inspires confidence.As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.What's in it for you:Site Location: Cambridge MASet schedule: Thursday and Friday - 8am to 4pmCompetitive hourly wage of $24.00 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance optionsCareer growth opportunities at GardaWorldUniform provided at no costResponsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard:Prior corporate security, concierge, hospitality, or executive protection-adjacent experience preferred.Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.Comfortable utilizing security technology, including video surveillance, access control, and visitor management systems.Ability to successfully complete lab safety training and any required site-specific certifications.Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.Manage access control.Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.Answer questions in person or by phone.Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard:Be authorized to work in the U.S.Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.Exceptional customer service skills.Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!You have a state license if required.In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
