Required industry experience in operating in financial services, compliance & risk / remediation. Experience and skills Background in financial services, ideally within compliance, risk or remediation, and ability to operate in an entrepreneurial high-growth culture. Established senior‑level network across wealth, banking, retail, and life & pensions, including experience selling to C‑suite Commercially astute with excellent client‑facing, relationship‑building and interpersonal skills Disciplined in consultative (and/or challenger) sales approaches, with a proven track record of exceeding targets Ability to build and execute account plans, sales strategies and a strong, well‑managed pipeline. Self‑starting and results‑driven, comfortable with managing sales opportunities end‑to‑end Bring strong commercial focus to all activity, with attention to margin, recurring revenue and sustainable account growth Qualifications Undergraduate degree, within business preferred Apply for this role Upload C.V.
