Property Accountant
Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI
Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Property Accountant to support mission-driven housing and care programs. In this role, you will manage property-level general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly closes for multiple locations. You’ll prepare financial statements, reconciliations, budgets, and audit schedules while ensuring compliance with GAAP, grants, and housing regulations. Working in a faith-inspired, inclusive, and trauma-informed culture, you’ll partner with program and housing teams, turning financial data into insights that strengthen services for individuals and families in need.
