Senior Key Account Manager

QLM Search is partnering a specialist ingredients group that is looking to appoint a Senior Sales Manager/Senior KAM. Reporting to the Business Unit President and forming part of a the leadership team, the role will be instrumental in delivering their 5 year commercial strategy in this specialist Plant based Ingredient portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute effective Ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the business.
-Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential.
-Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure the business is meeting their needs and driving customer satisfaction.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and product launches.
Candidates MUST have proven experience as a Sales Leader / KAM within the B2B Food Ingredients (experience with value add ingredients, nutrition, ingredients, health ingredients) and will have excellent account leadership and communication skills. You need strong knowledge of category management strategies across Ingredients with a track record of driving growth through effective implementation
