Workplace Experience Coordinator

Immediate need for a talented Workplace Experience Coordinator. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in San Jose, CA (Onsite). Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all visitors with a friendly demeanor and issue visitor and parking passes while following security protocols.
• Answer phone calls professionally and create presentations for various-sized groups.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.
• Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders and coordinate workplace services including mail and office supply services.
• Address inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions in a customer service-driven manner.
• Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space and managing setup and teardown.
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures to ensure safety.
• Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
• Explain detailed information within the team and follow specific directions from management.
• Manage calendars and reservations efficiently.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Basic computer functions and strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
