Pricing Analyst

Pricing Analyst – Full-time, entry level. The Pricing Analyst’s overall responsibility is pricing and costing system management. The role involves working with three other analysts and collaborating with the chain management team. Key day-to-day duties include working with Excel, calculating margins, and pricing items. Typical hours are Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm, onsite at our New Berlin, WI location. Responsibilities Successful management of pricing systems Set up new items Communicate changes in pricing/discounting to staff as required Communicate pricing with key accounts and chains Timely updates of transfer pricing Maintain discounting and analyze efficacy of instituted discounts Research/correct invoicing issues Run reports and conduct analysis to ensure gross margin goals are met Successful management of costing systems Research supplier invoicing variances Track freight invoicing and ensure accurate factoring into product gross margin Assist Sales Management team in pricing communication to suppliers Assist with chain account administration as necessary Build custom price files for specific accounts and territories as needed Run sales reports as necessary and special projects as assigned Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree; business, math, or economics major preferred Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required Strong analytical abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Superior organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and meet deadlines Able to work collaboratively and independently Previous experience working in retail highly desired Enthusiastic, high‑energy, and self‑motivated individual with a desire to succeed Benefits Career development with in‑house and on‑the‑job training 401(k) with company match and profit sharing PTO and paid holidays Platinum‑level health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance with low deductible and low premium contributions Wellness benefits, tuition assistance, and cell phone discounts Sheehan Family Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
