Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct assessments and deliver therapeutic services to couples, individuals, and families, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and promoting family cohesion.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address a range of issues including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, medical challenges, and family conflicts.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and techniques to help clients navigate separation, divorce, or adjustment to blended family dynamics.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, including referrals to other specialists as needed.

• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay updated on current trends in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
