Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Willow Green, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples, as well as individual therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each client.
\n
• Assessing and addressing a variety of issues including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, medical issues, and challenges specific to blended families.
\n
• Developing treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and track client progress toward therapeutic goals.
\n
• Utilizing telemedicine platforms to provide therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may not be able to attend in-person meetings.
\n
• Documenting all sessions and client interactions in compliance with relevant regulations and organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include a diverse range of individuals and families, from adults seeking coping strategies for personal challenges to children and adolescents navigating familial dynamics. Our practice focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to address their concerns, which may include separation and divorce adjustments, mother/daughter conflicts, and communication difficulties among family members.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Currently hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Exhibit a strong commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality.

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n
