Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to craft personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to address complex mental health issues.

• Work closely with case managers, other therapists, and medical professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure that clients receive the necessary support.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, employing your clinical judgment and empathetic approach to help clients navigate challenging situations.

• Participate in community outreach efforts aimed at increasing awareness about mental health issues and reducing associated stigma, contributing to public education initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively build rapport with clients and their families.

• Exhibit cultural competence, allowing for effective engagement with clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Possess excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and maintain thorough and timely documentation of sessions.

• Experience with evidence-based practices and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
