2027 Future Talent Program - IT Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) Program (Hybrid)

Entry-level IT rotational program for emerging talent starting July 2027. Participants complete three 8-month rotations across IT technical areas including cloud, cybersecurity, software development, and data analytics, working hybrid from New Jersey or Pennsylvania locations.
Responsibilities
- Complete three distinct IT rotations across different technical domains over 24 months
- Apply technical skills to support development of pharmaceutical products and healthcare solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of experienced IT professionals
- Gain exposure to emerging areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and data analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with minimum 2 years computing/technical experience
- Completed at least 1 internship, apprenticeship, co-op, or equivalent technology role
- Ability to quickly learn complex cross-functional business and technical environments
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Willing to rotate through three different technology roles over 2 years
- US or Puerto Rico residency; no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $71,900 - $113,200 base
