Process and reconcile account receivables and remittancesReview all remittance from customers or clients, and match the payments to the appropriate invoicesCreate regular reports to accurately track financial informationPerform audits of the general ledger and company financial documentsApply cash receipts to maintain and increase customer percent current balancesEnsure timely payments while maintaining positive customer relationsInitiate customer inquiries to resolve various claims, credit memos, deductions and short paymentsAdjust customer account balances to reconcile and clear various account discrepanciesMaintain awareness to adverse / declining payment trends with assigned customersMonitor the team Inbox and respond timely to internal and external customer inquiries

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
