Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract school psychologist opportunity is available, assisting students and collaborating with school teams in the Ladson, SC area. This role is ideal for a skilled professional ready to work onsite and eager to contribute to student support services throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active South Carolina School Psychologist License
• Proven experience in a school setting as a School Psychologist or Special Education Teacher
• Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and special education law
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work onsite, full time, 37.5 hours per week, for the duration of the 2026-2027 school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
• Collaborate with special education and general education staff to interpret assessment results and develop intervention plans
• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, contributing expertise in student evaluation and support
• Provide direct and consultative services to students, staff, and parents as needed
• Maintain documentation and adhere to federal, state, and local guidelines
• Advocate for student needs within a multidisciplinary team environment
