Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position requires a talented School Psychologist or Special Education Teacher skilled in supporting diverse student populations in an onsite educational setting. As the academic year commences in August and runs through early June, you will become an essential collaborator dedicated to providing specialized assessment, consultation, and mental health services.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid South Carolina School Psychologist License is required
• Proven expertise in assessment, intervention, and counseling for school-aged students
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs in collaboration with educators and parents
• Strong background in supporting students with special education needs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite throughout the contract duration; remote work is not permitted
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to guide intervention planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct counseling and consultative services to students, staff, and families
• Facilitate crisis intervention, behavioral support, and data-driven recommendations for student progress
• Maintain detailed records and comply with all regulations and procedural requirements
• Participate in district- and school-based team meetings to support student achievement
