Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Details:

• Contract runs from August 5th, 2026 through June 4th, 2027
• 37.5 hours per week, on-site engagement required
• School locations within the district will be assigned and communicated prior to start

Desired Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina School Psychologist License
• Experience in both school psychology and special education settings
• Ability to assess and address learning, behavioral, and social/emotional needs of students
• Strong skills in collaboration, consultation, and problem-solving with teams of professionals
• Dedication to evidence-based interventions and individualized educational planning
• Comfortable working with a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and write detailed assessment reports
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and support services to students
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student well-being
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and compliance review processes
• Stay current with professional best practices and educational law
