Key Responsibilities:

• Own the schedule Develop, maintain, and monitor project timelines to ensure seamless execution.
• Be the go-to expert Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Solve problems before they happen Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
• Keep projects on track Support procurement efforts and track material deliveries to ensure deadlines are met.
• Lead with insight Participate in project meetings, providing critical input and documentation.
• Keep stakeholders informed Prepare and distribute weekly progress reports that highlight key updates and milestones.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in mission-critical construction projects (data centers, industrial facilities, or similar high-complexity environments).
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, drawing reviews, and subcontractor coordination .
• Proficiency in scheduling software using Primavera P6.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills you know how to anticipate challenges and create solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where every detail matters.
• PMP or PSP certification preferred (but not requiredwe value experience and expertise).
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
