In this remote position, you will work from home, providing counseling and therapy services to clients in a flexible and supportive work setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose, evaluate, and treat various mental health disorders in individuals and families.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to provide dynamic and responsive treatment.

• Perform ongoing assessments of patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.

• Lead therapy sessions for both individuals and groups, providing a safe space for open communication and healing.

• Collaborate with other health professionals and, when appropriate, refer clients to additional specialists to enhance their care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing various challenges—ranging from relationship difficulties and communication issues to anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license is required to practice in the state of Oregon.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A strong ability to motivate clients while demonstrating empathy and support throughout their therapeutic journey.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
